As some might know, Colterra is one of my favorite restaurants. It has a great selection of foods and wines; but is all the way in Niwot and comes with a pricetag. Niwot is not too far and there is nothing wrong with getting fancy every now and then, but they have recently opened a sister location down on Pearl St. This place has the same quality of food at a more affordable price. Can’t argue with that. Tonight Thacher, Rob Oseth, and I put the restaurant to the test with the highest of expectations. It seemed to meet all of them.
